- Upon booking, an initial deposit of Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750.00) is required to secure your wedding date.
- A second deposit of Twenty-Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) is required seven (7) months prior to your wedding date.
- A third deposit of Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750.00) is required two (2) months prior to your wedding date.
- Three Thousand, Seven Hundred Dollars ($3,700.00) of the reservation fee shall be applied toward the final bill. Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) will be returned after completion of the Function if no damage has been incurred by the Nahant Country Club.

4 Months

8- 10 Weeks
Submit menu, all details, choose seating cards or matches, flowers, wedding cake, etc. You may submit last deposit at this meeting.
3 - 4 Weeks
Please call to pick up matches or place cards for seating. We will supply you with a diagram of the floor. You are then responsible to fill out the seating cards or matches and then place them in alphabetical order. This is all due no later than the Wednesday prior to your wedding day. Please do not wait until the end of the week to finalize all details at the Nahant Country Club.
8 - 10 Days
Final count, guarantee count, is due and must be called in to the office no later than one week prior to your wedding date. On the Monday prior to your wedding, we will present you with the balance of your bill. Payment is due no later than Wednesday. Please submit a bank check, cashier check, money order or cash. Personal checks are not accepted. Please call the office for an appointment for final payment.
Saturday evening weddings minimum spending is $8,500 ( food and liquor only).
No minimum spending on Saturday evenings December, January, February & March.
Sunday Holidays minimum spending is $8,500 ( food and liquor only).
